This Privacy Policy explains how GuiaDeSaude (guiadesaude.com) handles visitors' data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection law. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
We do not require registration and do not ask for health data. We only process:
- Browsing data (automatic): pages accessed, time on page, device and browser type, source of access and approximate location data (city/country). The IP address is handled in an anonymized way by the measurement tools.
- Data you send us: if you write to us by email, we process the data you provide (such as name and email) to respond to your message.
We do not collect sensitive personal health data. There are no "enter your symptoms" forms or any individual reading profile.
3. Why we process this data (purposes and legal bases)
- Measure and improve the site (audience statistics). Legal basis: consent and/or legitimate interest, with aggregated data.
- Display ads, including personalized ones. Legal basis: consent.
- Respond to messages. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject and/or legitimate interest.
4. Cookies and Consent Mode
We use cookies and similar technologies. By default, measurement and advertising cookies stay disabled until you accept them in the consent banner (we implement Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps consent as "denied" until your choice). 5. Third-party tools
We use the following services, which may process browsing data:
- Google Analytics (GA4): measures the site audience, with anonymized IP. See the Google Privacy Policy.

- Paid traffic and remarketing: we may promote our content through campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including remarketing. Where applicable, these technologies are only activated with consent.
- Hosting: the site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical data needed to deliver the pages.
6. Sharing and international transfer
We do not sell your data. Browsing data may be processed by the providers above, including on servers outside your country (for example, in the United States), with the safeguards provided by data protection law.
7. Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Statistical data is processed in aggregated form.
8. Your rights
You may, at any time, request:
- Confirmation that processing exists and access to the data;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- Portability and information about sharing;
- Withdrawal of consent and objection to processing.

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data. However, no system is completely immune to incidents.
10. Children and minors
The site is not directed at minors, and we do not intentionally collect data from children.
